Over the years our process has been refined to a point which allows us to deliver custom home plans seamlessly and efficiently. This ensures that your project can move forward at a reasonable pace. We know that you will be making some tough decisions during the design process, and sometimes these decisions do not come easily or quickly. Our dedicated project managers will help with every decision along the way, and allow the time you need during each phase of the design process to ensure the end result is the perfect home for you and your family.

All of our clients receive breathtaking 3D renderings of their home. Our in-house rendering team is capable of delivering 3D models that are so life-like, you’ll be able to see your home before it’s even built. This leaves your builder and sub-contractors with minimal questions about how your home should look.

The Custom Home Design Process
Free Design Consultation
The first step to designing your custom home is the project discovery phase, which starts with an initial design meeting. We offer a free, no-obligation consultation with one of our design professionals to learn about your stylistic preferences and identify the scope of your project.
Initial Design & Revisions
Once the scope of the project has been agreed upon, our design team will begin the process of creating your custom design. During this phase, our team is focused on designing the fundamental site and floor plans for your home.
Within approximately 10-14 days, you will receive the initial design for your review and the first round of revisions.
Exterior Design
Once the site and floor plan revisions have been approved, our team will then begin the process of designing the exterior of your home. Within approximately 10-14 days, you will be presented with an industry-leading 3D rendering for your review and approval.
Construction Document Delivery
Once the site plan, floor plan, and exterior have been approved, we can then begin the process of developing the final plan set. This includes an extensive inspection ensuring that you are delivered buildable construction documents.
Within approximately 14-21 days you will receive architectural plans that include site, floor, roof framing, exterior elevations (all 4 views), typical wall sections, specifications, and electrical plans.
